Built on the February 2026 blizzard response: emergency shoveller pay raised from 19 to 30 dollars an hour, 1,214 shovellers clearing 7,398 crosswalks, 1,777 hydrants and 3,366 bus stops. The turn is real: the programme was attacked from the largest possible platform and 1,400 people signed up that same day.
