Where this one came from
Built on the wealthy New Yorkers who said they would move to Florida if he won. Some did: after the June 2025 primary a Miami developer reported signing about twice as many contracts with New York buyers as in the whole previous year. But the predicted exodus did not materialize: signed contracts for Manhattan homes over four million dollars rose 25 percent in November 2025, the month of the election, and the city's office market was up by spring 2026. Howard is an archetype and entirely invented; no real person is depicted.
